"Refund was sorted faster than I expected"
I had to cancel my trip at the last minute, which I wouldn’t normally do unless I really had to, so I was half expecting the refund process to be a hassle. Luckily, the Transwa site was straightforward and I didn’t have to go back and forth too much. The money took a few days to show up in my account, but that seems fairly standard. The only thing I’d say is the emails could include a bit more detail, just so you know exactly where things are at. Overall though, it was a good experience

"WiFi was better than I expected"
I used Transwa last week and was a bit cautious about counting on the WiFi, since travel connections can be hit or miss. It worked for most of the trip, though. It dropped out a couple of times in quieter areas, but came back quickly. I wouldn’t rely on it for anything super urgent, but it was fine for messages, checking emails, and basic browsing. Not perfect, but definitely decent for being on the move.
"Parking was easier than I expected"
I used Transwa last week and, to be honest, the parking was way easier than I thought it would be. I was half expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, because these places don’t always make that part simple.
I got there early just in case it was packed, but there were still plenty of spaces close enough to walk in with my bag without any stress. No circling around, no confusion, no feeling like I had to rush.
It made catching the coach a lot more relaxed. Kind of makes you wonder why parking can't be this straightforward everywhere, but I’d definitely use it again.
"Pretty decent station, maybe just a little basic"
I used Transwa from East Perth station and it was straightforward. The waiting area was clean, the toilets were okay, and there was enough seating when I arrived, which is kind of all you can ask for, right?
The signs were easy enough to follow, and the staff pointed me in the right direction when I needed it. I also liked that there was somewhere to grab a drink before boarding, because that always makes waiting feel a bit less annoying.
The only thing I’d say is that some parts of the station feel a bit old, and the benches aren’t exactly comfortable if you’re stuck there for a while. Maybe I’m being a bit picky, but it did the job fine and I’d use it again.

"Handled well despite the disruption"
My Transwa trip had a service disruption, and I was a bit annoyed at first, but something about it felt fairly well managed once the updates started coming through. I got text messages, and the website had the info I needed, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. The staff were also helpful when I asked and explained things clearly. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the first notice came a little late, but overall it was handled well.

"Clean Seats, But Restrooms Need More Attention"
The seats were clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, the toilets could definitely be checked more often, as they didn’t seem to be kept up as well. Overall, not a bad experience, but a little more attention to the restrooms would make it much better

"Comfier Than I Expected"
I took the coach down south it was comfortable. The seats had decent room, the air con worked well, and I didn’t feel all squished even after a few hours. Compared to some other trips I’ve done, this one was just... yeah, much better than I expected.

"Works Fine"
The bike handled well, and the bags were fine too. Overall, I’m happy with it

"I used the site to look up coach..."
I used the site to look up coach times and fares, it lined up with what I was told at the station. So that was reassuring. The only tiny downside was that one page took a little while to load, but nothing major. Overall, it was helpful and made checking the details straightforward.
"Long ride, but easy enough"
I booked through Transwa for a long regional trip, and it all lined up closely with the timing shown online. It’s definitely not a quick ride, but given the distance, that was expected.
The bus turned up on time, and the stops along the way made the trip feel a bit easier. Sure, it’d be nice if it was faster, but overall it was smooth and hassle-free. I’d recommend it if you’re not in a rush and want a straightforward way to get there.

"My bus and train connections lined up..."
My bus and train connections lined up really well, so the trip felt relaxed. I’d say it’s great if the timing stays like that, though I can see it being a bit more stressful if one part runs late

"Easy, Affordable, and Worth It"
This was a solid choice. It ended up being cheaper than driving, which was a nice surprise, and the booking process was really simple. The seats were okay and comfortable enough for the trip. Overall, I felt confident I made the right call

"Easy to Use, Just Wish There Were More Services"
I use Transwa every now and then, and I’ve found the timetables easy to look up online. Most of the routes have times that work well enough, though I do wish a few of the services ran more often. Overall, it’s been a reliable option for me, and I usually feel comfortable planning my trips with it

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
There just wasn’t much on board to make the trip feel comfortable. The seats were okay, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t working/missing, and the toilets felt rough. I definitely wish I’d read the reviews first because I probably would’ve picked something else...

"Felt Safe and Treated Fairly"
I’ve used Transwa a few times now, and to be fair, I’ve always felt safe traveling with them. The staff seemed to check things properly, and the stations didn’t have that dodgy feeling you sometimes get elsewhere. There were a couple of minor delays, but nothing too bad, and security-wise I really can’t complain

"Reliable little pick-me-up on the road"
I grabbed some coffee and snacks during the trip, they hit the spot. Everything felt fresh and was exactly what I needed to keep going. I’d definitely trust this stop again for a quick bite and caffeine boost

"Helpful staff, but I don’t know why the service felt just okay"
The staff were helpful and seemed professional. I don’t know why, but the overall service just felt okay to me rather than great.

"Honestly, It’s Been Reliable"
I’ve used Transwa a few times now, it’s been on time every single trip. I complain a lot about public transport being late, and I’ll complain again because late transport is the worst, but so far I haven’t had that issue here. It’s nice knowing I can actually trust it when I need to get somewhere without stressing the whole time.

"Pretty solid for getting around WA"
Ive used Transwa a handful of times now and its been good overall. The coverage is decent, especially when youre trying to get between Perth and some of the regional towns without driving. Not everywhere is easy to get to and the times can be a bit limited, but it definitely makes things less stressful. I do wish they had a few more frequent services though.

"Made travelling with my mobility aid easier than I expected"
I used Transwa recently i was a bit unsure at first — actually, no, I ended up being really happy with how it all went. I use a mobility aid, and the staff helped me get on and off without making it feel awkward or like a big deal. Booking was straightforward too, and they explained what I needed to know clearly. The whole trip felt calm and low-stress, which made a huge difference. I’d definitely use them again...
